CHICAGO (April 22, 2014) – Venango Trails, a new premier neighborhood located just north of Pittsburgh, Pa., was built to last using James Hardie fiber cement siding and exterior products. Construction has begun and upon completion, the Venango Trails community will feature 462 homes in eight different styles, all of which have James Hardie siding and exterior products installed.
James Hardie products are Engineered for Climate®, with specific performance attributes relative to the regions of the United States where homes are located. James Hardie HZ5® siding was installed in Venango Trails because it is specifically formulated to withstand seasonal snow, rain and ice associated with the weather patterns in western Pennsylvania.
James Hardie products feature the company’s ColorPlus® Technology – an advanced, baked-on coating formula that increases fade resistance and finish adhesion. The colors for the homes in Venango Trails were selected to stand out amongst the natural geography and meet local color trends.
